After working out with Rachel Travis at THG for the past two years, it's DEFINITELY the best decision ever!! I need structure and my twice a week strength training workouts are a must do/can't miss appointment for myself. Yet building muscle and strength is only one aspect of these workouts.

Exercise was never apart of a routine for me. After I had kids I swear my body just fell apart. I felt loose and went to a chiro twice a month to pop my hip in. I was so sick of feeling this way and knew I needed a change. I had tried going to the gym and doing the online workouts, but I just could not make it stick. Finally I decided to reach out to Rachel at Travis Home Gym. Realistically I am a mom of two small kids and I help out with our family business so starting me at once a week I knew I could commit to it. I started out feeling so nervous, insecure about parts of my body, and most of all weak.
After a year of working with Rachel I have gained muscle leaving my body feeling tight and more supported, and leaving me with way more confidence. I have developed a consistency that I feel proud about and discipline myself to push through my bullshit and give my workout everything I got.
