Rachel is the owner of Macro Friendly Nutrition and Fitness and Travis Home Gym. She is a passionate personal trainer committed to transforming lives from the inside out. With a heart for helping others and a serious love for lifting heavy, Rachel empowers her clients to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching.
She is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Elite Trainer—a powerhouse combination that fuels her well-rounded, results-driven approach.
