Online Flexible Dieting Coaching 

I have a strong passion for Nutrition. I am a firm believer in the Flexible Dieting approach when it comes to nutrition. I believe no food(s) should be off limits, or deemed "bad", because this in turn can easily lead to an unhealthy relationship with food or extreme dieting. I also know the importance of micronutrients and consuming a nutrient-dense diet is the key to a long, healthy, life and everyone deserves to feel their best. 

Online Training Programs 

I believe that along with proper nutrition, comes proper training- training heavy with proper form, falling in love with getting stronger while losing fat, and I absolutely love helping people mold their bodies into what they envision through their goals.  My biggest goal is to get a barbell into more people's, especially women's, hands. To feel that confidence and power that the barbell holds- that's what I want for all my clients. Whether that be to lose body fat, gain strength/mass, or simply maintain current physique levels, I am ready to help you! 


In-person Personal Training 

I am so excited to announce that I am now offering In-Person, 1-on-1, Person Training in my own PRIVATE Personal Training Facility- The Travis Home Gym!! In-person training with me is extremely hands-on and you will be working hard in the gym. I will be there with you every step of the way. I am going to personally push you to reach your goals through Strength and Conditioning Training. You will be learn proper lifting technique, properly executing compound lifts such as the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, and will learn how to utilize your time wisely and effectively in the gym. Whether that be to lose body fat, gain strength/mass, or simply maintain current physique levels, I am ready to help you! 


I just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to Rachel at Macro Friendly Nutrition & Fitness. She has put in so much effort and love to help me get to my goal weight. Because of her I am 10lbs down! She has not only helped motivate me but she teaches me. I have always wondered in the past why it was so hard for me to be successful with dieting, and it was because I never really understood what my body was trying to tell me. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rachel! Vacation is in 2 weeks and I will be in a bikini for the first time in years.​
